Portfolio (Porch Gutter System Upgrade)

Old gutter system consisted of wooden gutters which had not been maintained over the years and were failing. This had led to water getting behind the gutters and impacting the trim and soffit boards and decorative molding. The decision was made to remove the old wood gutters in favor of a new aluminum gutter system with downspouts. Removal of old gutter system revealed the need for structural work on rafters to provide an even and level surface for new trim boards to support new gutter system. Installed was new framing, new trim boards, decorative molding, and an area of siding was repaired. All materials were painted before new gutter systems was installed.
